Yes, there is a fee involved with using the Refund Processing Service. If you did not want to incur the fee, simply chose to use a credit or debit card.

WARNING! I used the pay from my return option. There was nothing in the programming which advised there would be a $40 additional fee. Then, I was sent a check instead of direct deposit as I had requested and I was charged an additional $30 fee.

Try getting through to talk to a live person about this. Good Luck. I have used Turbo Tax for at least the past 10 years. I will NOT be using it in the future. This is a complete rip off.
