Did my tax return card already get sent through the mail?

Your Turbo Visa Card will be sent to the address that is was on your file when your return was submitted. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to arrive. Also, if you believe you should have received your card by now, please view this link for assistance. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/ or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 to find out if your card was shipped, and to what address.

Did u mail my card yet if so can I get a day that u mailed it I really need my advance cause I couldn't get it on my card from last yr

Your card from last year is a Turbo Debit Card which is different from the Refund Advance card issued. 

If you are having issues with receiving your Refund Advance, please contact customer support.
