I was keeping track using both platforms. After speaking with my tax pro, I was able to see that my taxes were filed on both sites the same day. Also turbo tax is claiming that my taxes are accepted while the IRS says they are still processing them. I am only so frustrated because I have used turbo tax for years and never had a problem until I hired an expert. I expect honest quality work, especially for the price I paid, and I feel like I didn’t receive that.
