I do not see any indication that Colorado has delayed the retrieval of any tax returns.

However, this is the Colorado Department of Revenue website,

And this is a way to check your refund once your return is processed: Colorado Revenue Online

  • Select Refund Resources
  • Then Where's my Refund - for Individuals
  • You will need information from your tax return.

Even if you filed your federal and state returns at the same time, your state may not start processing your state return at the same time as the IRS processes the Federal return. Your state return may remain in pending status several days after your federal return has been accepted. Please see this TurboTax help article for more information.

Please also see this TurboTax article for information and links to check on the status of state returns for the different states.

The Colorado Department of Revenue website had a banner at the top until this week that stated:

The Department of Revenue is working diligently to start processing 2023 income tax returns. Please check back on February 15 for updated information.

As per the link provided by @ee-ea, the state is asking taxpayers to wait a couple of weeks before contacting them.
