  Unfortunately, once you e-file, it's too late to change your refund method. You will have to contact the IRS. If you have not filed yet you can use this Turbo Tax FAQ to change your refund method.

We don't have access to your information but we can give you instructions on how to find it for yourself.  To confirm the refund method you chose, refer to the steps listed in the following TurboTax FAQ:  How do I review the federal refund method I chose after filing with TurboTax Online?

The bank information used to report your direct deposit can be confirmed on lines 21b & 21d of your Form 1040 in 2019. 

If you need to update your information to receive your stimulus payment, you will want to complete that through the IRS portal, which is expected to be available by April 17, 2020. See the Get My Payment link below for additional information:

The bank account routing number and account number should be on Line 21 b, c, and d of your 2019 Form 1040. For a 2018 Form 1040, it will be on Line 20b, c, and d. 

You can download a full PDF of your return in TurboTax. Sign in to your account. On the first page, scroll down to Tax Returns and Documents and click on Show. Click 2019, and download the full PDF of the return.

How to obtain direct deposit information

Well you will need to wait and see ... if they mailed a check then they mailed a check ... nothing you can do to change that now. 

Here is how you can see your deposit information:

Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.

To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).
