You may only e-file once. So, only your first submission counts. If you need to change anything officially, you would have to file an Amendment Form 1040X by mail.
You will need to wait to see if your original return is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you may correct and resubmit. If it is accepted, you will need to file an amendment. Please reference this TurboTax FAQ for how to amend.
