Wow, that's confusing. You refer to "my" and "her", so does that mean you each filed as "married filing separately", i.e., that you filed 2 separate returns? If so, how did you do that in 1 account? Online TurboTax can only prepare 1 Federal return per online account per year.

And if you used the same account for each return then the second return overwrote the first return and it is gone. Did you efile? Were they both Accepted? You may have to check with the IRS.

Did you file as Married filing Separate OR did you file a Joint return?
