According to the following fee schedule, you should be able to withdraw funds from approved ATMs and a Bank Teller.

How can I transfer funds from my card to to my bank account. I've searched and searched with no success in finding any way to do so. Also, the only ATMs listed are in California. What do we cardholders who reside in other states do to avoid these fees for out-of-network ATM transactions????? This is starting to look like a horrible decision I've made by choosing this card and expecting it to be beneficial to me in the first place. You all are robbing us with all the fees since we're unable to transfer the funds from the card to an actual bank account.

Yes it was a terrible decision. You did not read all of the fine print and assumed you could access your funds easily.

Next time use Chime. Use their routing and account number when doing TurboTax. Chime has no fees.

I got $12,000 stuck at TurboCard.

@Desikimmet05 From Green Dot's website: "No, you cannot transfer money from your Green Dot account to an outside bank account. At this time, you can only receive money to your Green Dot account using the Bank Transfer feature."

You can access ATMs and visit a bank teller with a pin number to withdraw money from your card.

Ive been on the phone for two days to get nothing but lied to by the supervisor that said they would over night my new card cause they made the errors and i have not recieved my card and now the phone specialist cant even give me a tracking number for my card and theu hang up on me! What kind of bank and company is this im ready to get my attorney to deal with this company

I hate the turbo card too. Worst mistake EVER! I went to 3 different atms yesterday to get 1600 out of the bank and today it wont let me take out a freaking 20. Says limit exceeded...like really HOW! I I am well within their stupid 3000 a month withdraw limit.

Can we wire the money from these cards to a bank account???

I have ordered my card twice and you guys have yet to send it to my address that is on file. I dont want some bs excuse on calling customer service or ordering a new card tell me if i can send my funds to a different card please i need to get my medication before i run out tbis is serious matter.
