Can I remove the filled in circle on the 1099C information. This was a mistake and I'm using my computer Turbo Tax, not online Turbo Tax?

You can't unclick it once you have clicked it. You can skip entering any information if you clicked it in error. If it is causing you an error when trying to file, you can delete the form. Go to 'Forms' at the top, and delete the form related to the 1099-C (untitled).
