Can I view or print my 2022 tax forms before I file them?

you must pay the preparation fee before you can print your tax return and mail it.

TurboTax wants to be paid.

you must pay the preparation fee before you can see your tax return and review it.

If you don't like what you see, the fee is non-refundable.

Visit the Print Center

If by the time you get to the end you still qualify for free filing, you should be able to print it.
