Can I change a return that turbo tax shows as filed?

Yes but it depends on how you filed. Did you efile? Or does it think you Printed and mailed it?

If you have not efiled or it was rejected, or you haven't mailed it yet you can go back in and change anything you want. Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.

If you mailed it or efiled and it was Accepted you have to mail in an Amended return to correct it. If you efiled, You can check your efile status here
