Can I add a 1098-t after I filed my taxes??

No, not without filing an amended return. You will need to wait until your return has been accepted by the IRS and then amend. The IRS has not yet released Form 1040X.
Alternately, if your return were to reject for any reason, it will not have been submitted and you can add it to the rest of your return.
