Beware turbo tax stole our refund! Now we have to wait 90 days for OUR refund.

TurboTax does not receive your refund EVER. If you chose to have your fees deducted from your refund it goes through a third party bank that extracts your fee and sends the rest to you.

You mentioned 90 days--are you under review by the IRS? That is common and could happen to anyone. The IRS is reviewing lots of returns as a measure to prevent fraud and identity theft. That has nothing to do with your use of TurboTax software.
