After completing my taxes with Turbo Tax, what form do I send to the state?

Did you efile your PA return? If so, what you are likely referring to is PA Form 8453. It has an odd requirement. You are supposed to sign the form and then just keep it for your records for three years. You do not actually send the form to PA or anywhere.

After your return has been accepted, the form should be in your pdf file of the return if you want to download it and sign and keep for your records. But, again, this form is not sent anywhere.
