2 questions: Do you send out a 2019 preliminary for us to start our return then another full return after the first of next year ? Do you charge automatically ?

TurboTax Advantage Program:

If you signed up for the Advantage program, you should have received an email in August reminding you that you enrolled, and another one in October reminding you to update your credit card information before the charge was incurred on your account. Did TurboTax have the correct email for you? Check your spam mail if you did not receive the emails.

You get the full program. But then there will be many updates weekly you need to apply. All the way through tax season, April 15 and then occasionally beyond. If the program doesn't automatically check for updates each time you start the program you can manually change the settings to automatically update.

The only thing that download from my 2018 to my 2019 is our names and social sec number and address. Our banks my business info... none of that downloaded. The reason I switched you Turbo Tax is because I knew everything would be included each year so I wouldn't have to put in companies info etc . I am very upset with this program as I put in our bank accounts numbers etc and none of it is showing.

Can I try to download it into my 2019 again and if so HOW ?
