I've signed in to application and located 2024 Tax return however cannot find "Return Manager"

The Return Manager is the first page you see when you login to TurboTax Online. You’ll see a ReFile button (instead of Continue) next to any return that was successfully filed using NETFILE.

How/where to find "Return Manager" and "ReFILE"? Please provide step-by-step instructions on site navigation 2024 Tax Year: Used On-Line Netfile. Need to "amend".
