If you see a request to reset your password every time you attempt to log in to TurboTax Online, it's probably because you used an incorrect user ID when attempting to login. This can happen when your browser remembers certain information and as you begin to type your user ID it pre-fills with a different, incorrect user ID.
- Go to the sign-in screen on TurboTax.com and select I forgot my User ID or password to sign in to your account.
- Once you successfully reset your password and sign in to your Intuit Account account, select Intuit Account in the lower left corner. This opens your Account Settings.
- Once in account settings select Profile and verify your user ID.
