If you forgot your password, follow these steps:
- Open the TurboTax Mobile App.
- Tap the I forgot my user ID or password link under the login fields.
- Enter your phone number, user ID, or email and select Continue.
- If you forgot or changed them, select Try something else.
- You’ll be sent an email to the email address connected to your account. Open the email and select the Reset Password link. (If you can't access that email, use the Account Recovery Request tool.)
- Create your new password, confirm it, and select Reset Password.
- Confirm your info and select Continue.
You’re now ready to log in with your new password.
