Tax Return and Offsets

I have no tax offsets, I am in a loan rehabilitation program and have made atleast 7 payments on time and still continue to do so. Will they take my refund?

I can't say for sure, but you can call the phone number here to find out if your debt meets the requirements for refund offset.
