Injured spouse claim form

I am filing injured spouse for the first time. I have been waiting patiently. I called the treasury offset line and the offset has went through and it stated a refund date of July 11th. Is this my actual refund date?

That date is the date the IRS or state will release the funds. It has nothing to do with the date you will receive those funds. If you elected to be paid by check, expect up to 10 business days. If you elected direct deposit to your bank account, then expect 5 days for your bank to get it, plus however long it takes them to actually credit it to your account.
