I filed for my taxes back in February and am still waiting for my state refund now in April. When I log in it says "ready to mail" but also says it will be direct deposited to me when I further look at it. How do I get this refund?

If your status reads ready to mail, that means that you need to print your return and mail it in. If you wish to efile instead then:

Sign into your return and select the 'add a state' link. You aren't really adding a state, just getting your return to open up again.
Select the File menu and make your efile selection for the state.
