The IRS considers income from your sales to be self-employment income earned while "in business" for yourself. You will report all of your business income and deductible business expenses  on SCH C as a part of your personal 1040 tax return. If using the desktop version of TurboTax, you will need at least Deluxe. If using the online version of the program, you will need to use Self-Employed.
