stop using a vehicle for business and personal use

my wife stopped using her vehicle in July 2017 for both business and personal use, and did not repair it as it stopped running. but we purchased a replacement vehicle for her to use for business and personal. the out car was unused the remainder of 2017.

In 2018 we let a family member repair the car and start driving it. for their personal use.

what or how do I claim or convert the car?

If you previously reported the old vehicle for business use, you should indicate that you stopped using it. Then add the new vehicle as of the date you started using it for business.
