Where do I report the loan costs for a rental mortgage?

I received the settlement statement from the closing when I purchased my rent house. I know some closing costs are included in my basis for the property. But where do I report the Origination and Appraisal fees connected to the mortgage loan?

Good question. I'm looking for the same thing. Glad to know I'm not the only one confused a little on this one. Or maybe we are just overlooking entry-point? Posting to follow this one!
