I saw this too.  I had to look at it several times to make sure it was correct on the forms.  I finally got it to come out correctly.

TT is taking double deduction for real estate taxes if you file a schedule E.

It depends on how you are setting the property up in the rental section. TurboTax will allocate to each section only if you are renting a part of a home. Otherwise, you need to make the manual adjustment.
