Ive entered a capital gain and its not changing my tax owed

$12,352 in Capital Gain on an inherited property and my tax obligation (Federal) did not change?

Is this possible or am I missing something

It's possible that your capital gains did not increase your tax liability because the lowest long-term capital gains tax rate is 0%. For more information, please see Capital Gains and Losses.
