Husband & Wife each have a SMLLC from before marriage

My wife and I are recently married. We each had a SMLLC before we met. How should we file our taxes as a married couple?

Prior to getting married we each elected and filed our taxes with our SMLLC's as disregarded entities. Can we MFj with Schedule C's? Do we have to file MFS because we each have our own SMLLC's?

We live in California.

Yes you can each still have your own Schedule C on a married joint return.  After the first schedule C is done, simply click on add another.  Make sure to assign 1099-MISC forms and the Schedule Cs to the correct spouse.
