I just had two questions I needed assistance with:
1. depreciation of my vehicle, had I done it correctly ? and
2.whether or not I could get a deduction for an airline ticket I had purchased but couldn't use because my son - in the Marines - was very ill.
I agreed to the $74.99 charge to speak w/ a "tax expert"; 10 minutes later I got a call from someone who was clueless.
She convinced me that I had done my depreciation correctly (NOT - still needs to be fixed I believe).
She also tried to get me to put the airline ticket under my employment travel (despite me telling her several times it was for a personal vacation!)
I was very stressed because I was trying to get it done at the last minute. I should not have used their "expert" service, She was clearly untrained.
How do I get a refund for the "expert"? Support ID# [number removed]
