CANNOT TRANSMIT VA STATE TAX RETURN FOR A TRUST

I sent the federal returns for a in by mail since the same error comes up.

I have the state returns completed by continue to have four comments come up during one more review prior to transmitting these. The four comments will not change the state return; two estimated payments were late,  the tax exemption will remain at the lower level and more money was distributed than earned in 2017. This is the first year using an EIN and the trust will be ended in 2018.
