2017 taxes Check this entry - TP State Refund

I am getting a Check This Entry - asking for 760PY INC: State Refund received by taxpayer while a Virginia resident-2 should be blank 

TP State Refund with a blank box. I have put 0 and I have also put my VA refund that I am expected to get back. Can't figure out what is going on.

Any luck solving this issue? Same problem here. I was assuming it was asking for the refund amount from the previous year that I receive during the year. No luck yet.

I figured it out. Tell TURBO TAX to piss off and find someone else to do your taxes. They make it difficult so you will pay them. Pay someone who deserves the money and will take time to explain and work with you. GO TO HELL TURBO TAX.
