I consolidated my debt with SunWest fcu paid off all my credit card debt at 7.9 interest. Love them. my FICO is 696. You have to get it when they have the special interest on personal loans try them.

How difficult was the application process (how long, what balance were they willing to take on, etc.)?

I don't need to consolidate at the moment, but am always curious about the process.

It was not long at all. I already had an account with them they took all info over the phone and they let me know I was approved the same day. You do have to go in to the office to sign some paperwork and you give them your stmnts and they mail the payments for you.
