The customer service for turbo tax sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to speak with someone about my tax information and a download I bought. I need a refund because I do not need it, I have not opened it.

Input sheet says that tax due will be paid according to banking info on due date, but it didn't do it, need to speak to TT representative on correcting this error
