refund of payment for state efile, TT would not efile because it said return had to be mailed

TTax would not efile state return after I paid for it.  The program stated that the state return had to be mailed because of a form that could not be efile it had to go by mail.  There is no email address to contact, and the phone system does not give any options for this problem.  I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.
