Turbo Tax Smart Check says "QPCREDBN" on Form 2441 is marked as estimate - what is it talking about?

This AnswerXchange post is old, but appears to be describing the same problem:

The program thinks that you marked something related to child care expenses as an estimate. Based on the post above, you may need to delete the form and re-enter the information.
