Tax Year Prior to 2020: Owe

Why do i owe at tax time when i claim 0 single, I don't own a home or have any debt. I pay my child support on time so do I always have to pay out instead of getting a return

Unfortunately, it sounds like your employer is not having enough taxes withheld from your income. You might contact your HR/Payroll department and see if they can adjust it for you so you don't owe at tax time.
