LLC Quarterly Payments

I have a single member LLC with1099 pay.  I have been making quarterly estimated payments (1040ES) through the IRS online system using through my social security number NOT my EIN.  Should I have been making making payments through the EIN?  How do I go about doing that?  When I log into the EFTPS system using my EIN, I do not see an option to make a 1040ES payment, although the IRS website states that I can make 1040ES payment as a sole proprietorship.

LLC Quarterly Payments

You can use your SSN since this is a disregarded entity;  you will be filing Schedule C and will simply enter your quarterly payments in the estimated payments section when preparing your return.
