Entering blank fields from a 1099-R form

Many of the fields of a 1099-R form are blank. The instructions state to enter the information exactly, so I'm thinking leaving those fields blank in TurboTax, as opposed to entering "0.00" is fine. Note that there was one or two fields on the form that read: ".00". I entered .00 in the corresponding TurboTax field(s) (and they were reformatted as "0.00", which I'm sure is fine).

Blanks are fine.  Blank is essentially same as a zero--nothing to report.
