Employer-Provided Assistance

My employer provided ~$30,000 of Non-Taxable reimbursements for graduate school last year to match my tuition bill.  Is this something that I need to enter into the "Employer-Provided Assistance” box after adding the 1098-T?  This amount is not reflected on my W2 as it is non-taxable.

Employer-Provided Assistance

Yes, enter the nontaxable employer-provided education assistance in the 1098-T section of TurboTax.  This will reduce your eligible education expenses used to calculate your education tax breaks.  If the amount your employer paid is equal to your tuition then you will not be eligible for a deduction or credit.  That's not a bad thing.  It's pretty cool that your employer paid for your school!
