I have a W-2 that I am not sure if I need to file it. My wages state i made $5813.56 and the Fed income tax wethheald is $277.14. Do I need to file this W-2? Is it if I make more that $6000 that I need to file the W-2?

In that case, you need to file your total income for 2018 from all sources. There is no exclusion limit for individual W-2s.
You are probably not required to file (see IRS Publication 17, page 6, for a table of income limits - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p17.pdf), but you may want to file if you are eligible for a refund of tax withheld. Does that W-2 represent your only income?
