Story is, I'm 22 years old making roughly $56,000/year as a full-time student and I pay for more than 90% of my expenses including tuition, car payments , car insurance, phone bills, and other living expenses, I live with my brother, but the only thing is my mom pay for is my health insurance. Would I still be eligible to file independent this year and receive the American Opportunity Tax Credit? Also, if I'm on my mom's 1095 A, what does that mean? Thank you
