Can 2 fed return be filed by one individual?

Turbotax did not give me option NOT to file mock fed return and now it looks I filed 2 fed returns - one correct (MFJ) and one mock (MFS).

Is there any way that I check if I filed 2 Fed returns? Both fed returns appear accepted in the software.

One of the filed returns will be rejected.
