8615 Line B (data from worksheet line 3)

Turboxtax from 8615 section "Parents Schedule D Smart Worksheet".  The worksheet line 3 value is zero (trubotax filled it in).  but now Turbotax does not like line B to be zero (parents net LT gain should be less than or equal to zero).   

Parents Qualified Dividends Smart Worksheet line 2 value is $200

I guess TurboTax help is non-existent.  Just other uses giving their best guess to each other.   Disappointed sums it up.
