1099 misc error

I caught an error on my 1099 MISC and the company is sending a corrected one via mail to the IRS.  When can I hit the "Send" button on Turbo Tax so my return does not get flagged by the IRS?

Do *you* have physical possession of the corrected 1099-MISC? If not, then file using the original one and you can file an amended return later. As for being flagged, I wouldn't worry about it even if I was. It's not like you're trying to defraud the IRS.
