F1 Resident Alien claims Tax Treaty

Can F1 student (Resident Alien) claim Tax Treaty of Article 20(c) and Article 20(b) at the same time using Turbotax? If yes, is it in the free version or do I need pay to upgrade the service?

Btw, I need to correct my previous year's tax report. The amount is right, but I put the taxable amount incorrectly by "correct amount - tax treaty". While, I should input the total amount and then, minus tax treaty. Can I use Turbotax to correct it? Thanks.

every treaty is different so you need to specify the country. Since when are you in the US on F1?
