Can find my started 2017 return

I started my 2017 return if Feb 2017. Now when opening the Turbo Tax icon there is no file. I searched *.tax2017 with no luck either. Open my account online and it is saying I needed Plus to access my 2016 Tax file which was already loaded in with the started 2017 return??
