1099S

When trying to enter 1099S info and answering "yes" to    did you sell your house?  I get nothing ,,,, all blank.  How do I get that worksheet on line?

Try these steps to enter the sale of your main home (reported on Form 1099-S) in TurboTax Online:

• Continue your return in TurboTax Online. (If your return isn't open, you'll need to sign in and click Take me to my return. Make sure you are in the Federal and not the state section.)
• Click the drop-down arrow next to Tax Tools (lower left side of your screen).
• Select Tools (under Tax Tools).
• In the pop-up window, select Topic Search.
• In the I'm looking for: box, type sale of home.
• In the results box, highlight sale of home, then click GO.
• Follow the onscreen instructions. You'll be able to enter the sales information from the 1099-S a few screens into this interview, after you enter the address of the home. TurboTax will ask additional questions to determine if you qualify to exclude some or all of the gain from the sale.
