1099-B consolidated doesnt have tax

Hello,

I have a consolidated 1099-b and it doesn't have "federal income tax withheld" box. however when I fill my form 1099-b for each indivudual transaction it does ask me to put some number there. If my broker didn't send me this in the box does it mean I need to leave it as blank when I file it?

The same issue applies to State name and Tax section of 1099-b copy c. I also don'tt have any state related information in my 1099-B consolidated. Should I leave it blank? Thank you

Yes, if there is no entry on the 1099-B for tax withheld, you can leave it blank.
