turbo tax expected federal refund date changed

so for a whole week turbo tax page said that my expected federal refund date was " feb 15 2019"  and today it has changed to "feb 20 2019" why the change i could care less about the wait but why the change????

p.s the WMR SITE still says "processing" on the first bar topic 152

mine was accepted 1/14 with TT saying anticipated DDD of 2/4 and the IRS is still just saying accepted, not approved with not DDD yet. TT hasn't changed my date yet but I expect it to soon.
