When to amend because of 1098T

We filled our taxes yesterday and they were already approves, we only entered one of the 1098T's we have. Should we wait until we receive our refund to amend? or should we go ahead and amend it when it allows us (2/8/19) adding the second 1098T is all that needs to be changed and will add roughly $600 to our return so we wanted to do what would be best, thank you!
