I filed my tax return and it was rejected. I corrected it and got my refund but the tax form that is still online is the original tax form. How do I get one that matches my actual refund amount.
You may need to get back into your account to use the Print Center to print the most recent copy of your return. It sometimes takes awhile for the updated return to show on your tax homepage when you process an amended return or fix a rejected return, which is why you will need to use this method.
Log into your account
This should bring you to your 2017 Tax Homepage
Scroll down on the page until you see “Your tax returns & documents” (expand this if necessary)
Click "Add a State” on the left-hand side of screen underneath where it shows your return status (you aren't going to add a state but this will let you back into the account)
This should bring you back to your tax return homepage
On the left hand side of your screen, you should see an option for Tax Tools and a drop down menu
Select Print Center from the menu
Click on Print, Save, or Preview this years return
Follow the prompts and you will be able to download and print the return that has your corrected forms.
